Featuring the men's 200m breaststroke final (due to start at 5.55pm), in which Britain's Nick Gillingham , the European Champion and the 1988 Olympic silver medallist is aiming for gold. His main rival is America's Mike Barrowman , the only man ever to have swum faster than him. Plus, the women's 100m breaststroke final and Matt Biondi in the men's 4 x 100m freestyle relay. Modern Pentathlon
The riding final brings this gruelling five-discipline event to an end. Britain last won gold in 1976 when Adrian Parker , Jeremy Fox and Danny Nightingale beat the Czechs by 109 points, and the Soviets were disqualified for cheating. In Seoul, the British trio came third - can they do better today? With Julian Tutt.
Cycling
Britain's cyclists have returned empty-handed from the last three Olympics. Today,
Chris Boardman will be hoping to end the blight in the men's individual pursuit final.
