Chris Denham in conversation with Marika Hanbury-Tenison
Marika and her explorer husband Robin have spent much of their lives travelling to the remoter regions of the world, and in the last 15 years she has collected and evolved enough recipes for more than 30 books.
Today they live on a farm high above Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, in a home and garden created with loving enthusiasm from the rough surrounding moorland. Here Marika hopes that her search for the unicorn will ultimately prove successful. In this setting she talks about her work, the events which have shaped her life, and her present fight against cancer. Director GEORGINA LAMBERT Producer DAVID SPIRES
