Midweek Cinema: I Never Sang for My Father

Gene Garrison , a young widower, meets his parents on their return from a holiday in Florida. While they were away, he has fallen in love with a divorced doctor in California and the problem weighing on his mind is whether he should move to California or stay in the east, near his parents. Shortly afterwards, his mother dies and Gene is faced with a painful decision.
