Bengo: Bengo at the Dog Show
The adventures of a boxer puppy drawn by Tim.

People in Books: 2: Bevis
by Richard Jefferies.
Olive Shapley introduces famous books and people who appear in them.
Richard Jefferies was born just over a hundred years ago near Swindon, in Wiltshire. At the age of fifteen he ran away from school because he decided he wanted to see Russia and America. He did not reach either of these countries, however, and he decided he had better become a journalist instead. He started work on the local paper and soon found that he was particularly good at writing about farming and life in the country. He made his name with such books as Wild Life in a Southern County, The Story of My Heart, and Bevis.

Making a Rag Doll
In the second of two talks, Elizabeth D. Williams shows how to dress a rag doll.
