Chef Ainsley Harriott continues his travels across the Americas.
He prepares bourbon beef and blue cheese wraps in Memphis, Tennessee, and balti in Birmingham, Alabama. After making a filo sweet with toffee mud sauce at the Kennedy Space Centre, he moves on to Key West, Florida, to cook jalapeno chilli-prawn ladders.
