Dirk Bogarde in Hot Enough for June

on BBC Two England

continuing a season of films starring one of Britain's most accomplished screen actors. Tonight with Sylva Koscina, Robert Morley.

It wasn't Nicolas Whistler's fault that he was born in Czechoslovakia of British stock, of course - but this fact and his ability to speak fluent Czech means he's an attractive proposition for MI5, even though no one else will employ him. So this reluctant and none-too-bright spy enters the world of espionage and becomes entangled in a web of intrigue, love and laughs, not realising that sudden death lurks around every corner.

Based on the novel "Night of Wenceslas" by Lionel Davidson
