The Press is Not Free It is proposed by Lord Avebury and opposed by Donald Trelford
Each advocate calls supporting witnesses who are questioned by each protagonist.
The jury vote at the beginning and the end of the trial so that any swing of opinion may be measured and a verdict reached.
