Leprosy is one of the oldest known human diseases, surrounded by myth and fear. However it can be treated easily with antibiotics. Senegal has now embarked on a programme to eradicate the disease and allow people who were once forced into isolation to live normally. Seydina Alioune Djigo hears from people affected by leprosy.
