A Discussion between Sir CHARLES MANDER , HERBERT BUCKLER , G. H. JONES , RONALD TRANTER , and W. M. W. THOMAS 
Most of the panel of speakers who formed Midland Parliament last year, and represented different points of view, are again available this session. Sir Charles Mander , Bt., of Wolverhampton, is again to act as informal Chairman, and to sum up each discussion at its close. The subject to be tackled is the young entry into industry. One of the problems to be considered is that presented by those young workers who fall below the average in ability, and have little security or prospect of advancement after qualifying for adult wage rates.
