Professor ARNOLD J. TOYNBEE : The Reaction of the East and the Role of the League of Nations.'
PROFESSOR TOYNBEE is in the front rank of broadcast talkers by virtue of his mastery of his subject and attractive delivery. He concludes this important series with an examination of the dislocation caused to the modern world order by the political upheaval in the East. He summarizes the points that have emerged from his previous talks and concludes that an organized co-operation among the Powers is indispensable for the maintenance of world order. The technique of this co-operation is being worked out by the League of Nations.
