How do you keep fit? Some run, some cycle and some....... POLE DANCE.
Its become a very popular exercise class to take. Some ladies in Whitchurch keep in shape by pole dancing, BUT not only that, they'll also be doing it for charity.

The 'pole power' group will be undergoing a challenging 12 hour long training session this coming Saturday for Charity. Last year they managed to raise over £1000, this year they want to raise the bar, or pole they'd say, even higher.
