In Las Patronas we hear the stories of the tight knit community of women who saw the rise of desperate humans clinging to the train that thunders through their village in Mexico, and instead of turning away gathered together to help. 30 years on from when they first threw a loaf of bread onto the infamously dangerous La Bestia train, we hear how a small act of kindness became a way of life. In this important election year, hearing from them how the world has changed from their perspective.
