Brewer Jaega Wise enlightens Rick about craft beer, and he brings back the chicken kyiv.

London-based brewer Jaega Wise tries to turn Rick into a craft beer fan by putting some in a sauce for John Dory. Later, Rick enjoys borscht at a Ukrainian restaurant and brings back chicken kyiv.

Rick continues his food tour of London in Walthamstow, meeting head brewer Jaega Wise, who explains why craft beer is so fashionable. Rick discovers more about Walthamstow’s little-known silent film studios, and in west London, over a bowl of borscht at a Ukrainian restaurant staffed by refugees, he is reminded of how food creates community.

Rick also brings back a favourite ready meal, chicken kyiv.
