An ambulance crew in Paisley are called to a man who may have suffered a stroke, while medics in Glasgow race to a hard-to-reach location near the scene of a capsized boat.

In this episode, paramedics rush to assist at a road traffic collision and to attend to to patients whose boat has capsized on the River Clyde.

In Glasgow, an ambulance crew search for a young man who has been reported missing and attend to a woman who is experiencing hernia complications.

Meanwhile, at the ambulance control centre in Inverness, call handlers help control the bleeding of a patient who has fallen at home and impaled their leg, and they stay on the phone with a caller who is distressed and panicking.

And a crew in Paisley assist a man who has fallen twice that day at home, and another man who may have suffered a stroke is taken to hospital.
