US president Joe Biden tells crowd he doesn't debate as well as he used to.

Speaking at a rally in the state of North Carolina, US president Joe Biden tells the audience: "I'm not a young man... I don't debate as well as I used to, but I know what I do know, I know how to tell the truth".
