Finchingfield BMX racer Beth Shriever made history at the Tokyo Olympics, becoming the first British rider to win gold in the discipline.

It was a long way from those first tentative try-outs on a bike with her younger brother in Braintree.

Beth and her family and friends tell the story of her rise to Olympic glory and how she intends to repeat it in Paris.
