Welcome funseekers. Liza's flying to all conversational corners. From Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's pike recipe to a paragliding stunt that's possibly more alarming than romantic.

A pike is hard to like, and Liza’s adamant that even Hugh Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s recipe can’t tempt her. But Hugh was right about using leftover chicken bones (just bring ‘em to the boil). And, as the cat food fork conversation continues, it’s time to hear from the laissez-faire listener who’s more than happy to chuck their petware on a hot wash.

After last week’s Red Arrow cameos, the pilot chat takes flight. From dive-bombing seagulls to Lady Pilot Jo, who’s always reliable if you’re after an accurate weather forecast, the correct time and excellent directions. But Liza’s not at all sure about the romance of Carl paragliding into a field like a pterodactyl to greet his future wife.

Liza’s soaring musical selection includes Malvina Reynolds’ utterly charming Little Boxes, the return of Babe Rainbow, old friend Jake Thackray, and a late 80s pop gem from Sydney Youngblood.
