Medics in Oban struggle to aid a woman experiencing a severe allergic reaction.

An ambulance crew in Peterhead are called to a boy with a head injury, before they later rush to help a person in the water. Meanwhile, a woman in Oban experiences a severe allergic reaction.

In this episode, an ambulance crew in Hawick working with a student paramedic must determine if a woman experiencing strong chest pain is having a heart attack. They are also called to a man who has been feeling dizzy and sick. With the cause unclear, the man might not be safe at home.

Meanwhile, a woman in Oban is suffering a severe allergic reaction after having been stung by a bee. An ambulance crew rush to her home to provide potentially life-saving treatment.

A Peterhead ambulance crew attend to a child who has hit his head, but he refuses to let them assess him. They must persuade him to let them inspect his injury to ensure he is not in any further danger. Later, reports of a person in the water see them called out to Fraserburgh in a potential a race against time.

Elsewhere, call handlers in South Queensferry and Inverness manage a chaotic scene over the phone as they guide a worried caller through chest compressions until an ambulance arrives.
