An ambulance crew in Glasgow attend a stabbing, a fall and a severe mental health crisis. Meanwhile, in Falkirk, a crew works at a multi-vehicle road crash.

In this episode, call handlers at the ambulance control centres in South Queensferry and Inverness organise help for an elderly woman who is injured following a fall at home and a man who has fallen under a tractor.

Special Operations Response Team paramedics in Falkirk attend a road traffic collision involving multiple cars. There are already ambulance crews on scene, and they must all work together to ensure everyone involved is assessed and those seriously injured are taken to hospital.

An air ambulance crew provide continuous monitoring for a patient being flown from Lewis and Harris to Inverness, where she needs to be assessed by cardiology specialists.

Meanwhile, in Glasgow, we are with ambulance crew Bernadette and David as they attend a stabbing, assist a woman who has fallen and injured her face at home, and help a patient going through a mental health crisis and may have overdosed. Elsewhere in the city, colleagues Chris and Chelsea piece together what has happened to a man who has fallen following a dizzy spell at home.
