The aftermath rocks the Masseria to its core. Some girls question whether they made the right decision, another couple judges the decision made by their friend, one couple continues to battle their communication issues, and another grapples with nerves and uncertainty.
 
Amidst the turmoil, the girls discuss queer parenthood, offering a brief respite from the nonstop drama. However, rifts deepen as one couple grows more distant from each other, and another girl continues to doubt whether her partner is genuine about her, or whether she has stronger feelings for the girl she sent home...
 
As the girls engage in a game of cosmo-pong, tensions escalate over one girl’s perceived disrespect towards her match, leading to a divide in the Masseria. When – if ever – is the right time to step in and tell someone to treat their bestie with more respect?
 
The following day, Dannii leads the girls through their final Chemistry Test, leading to confessions and revelations that stress test the couples' connections. While one couple seems stronger and more aligned than ever, emotions reach boiling point between the other couples as discussions on love, commitment and life outside the Masseria have everyone questioning whether they are truly aligned with their girl.
 
Luckily, Dannii doesn’t leave them to simmer too long. She throws them the thirstiest party yet, which allows everyone to blow off some steam. However, what starts as simmering sexual tension ends in actual tension as the gossip and judgements from the past few days come to the surface. Cue a dramatic showdown in the lounge. Honestly, not these girls getting irate in their finest fetish wear...
 
As the summer of love draws to a close, the future of both friendships and romances hangs in the balance, leaving everyone to wonder if they will leave the Masseria unscathed.
