Presenter, Nicola Weir, travels to Rhee River Organic Farm in Garvagh to speak to Robert Heslip about Japanese mustard leaves, Globe artichokes and spurting garlic and talks to Gary Houston, Chairman of the Ulster Angling Federation about the fish kill in Doagh. Kilkeel farmer, Trevor Shields, scooped the Champion of Champions rosette at the Balmoral Show with his in calf Limousin Heifer – so what makes her a winning piece of livestock? Valentine Hodges gives us a glimpse into the secret world of bees as we celebrate World Bee Day and Nicola heads to the Ulster Folk Museum at Cultra to find out how green spaces there are actually green gyms – and she says hello to its latest litter of piglets!
