Like many in the hospitality industry, Pettycur Bay is struggling to hire staff. With a crisis looming, general manager Janet is tasked with finding a new operations manager for the Old Manor. And at the height of their busiest season, there is a shortage of chefs.

Bill and Anne are planning their big birthday bash at the Bay Hotel. Childhood sweethearts, the 80-year-olds went their separate ways over 60 years ago, but a chance encounter has given them a second chance at love.

And one former caravan owner makes the long trip from Australia to relive old memories.
