As the team meet the families who were refused a refund, they discover terms and conditions that seem stacked against them. Also, how turning to social media to call out bad customer service could cost you – one man’s 18-week wait for a reply to his complaint led him into the arms of scammers posing as legitimate customer services. And could there be good news at last for single travellers – as more firms shun the single supplement?
