Liza wants to hear about your afterlife essentials, and things truly witnessed that sound more like a tall tale. But there's no room in heaven for the phrase “of a certain age”.

Liza hasn’t taken her Lion’s Mane but she's still feeling a little ferocious. She’ll defend her love of The Temptations, like a gladiator with a wasp and fishing net. While listener Andy is giddy to get a verbal spanking, after describing his wife Caroline as being “of a certain age”.

The collective shares more essentials for a utopian afterlife, from chicken in a basket to a river full of otters. Along with accounts of things truly witnessed that sound more like a tall tale. 

As ever, the music runs the gamut, taking us from Jimmy Durante’s 1950 ode to horticulture, to a blissed-out 2023 collaboration between Alison Goldfrapp and Claptone. There's also a tune from Liza's beloved Bonzo Dog Band LP and some delightful lyrics from Eddie ‘Cleanhead’ Vinson.
