Sam Addy's poetry looks back at his hometown in North Lincolnshire and how it's changed over the years - with memories of the place lost along with family members. Poet Gail Foster wrote a poem after she was moved by events in the Middle East that reflects on the human cost of war.
Bristol man Az wrote a poem that was featured on BBC Upload back in 2018 that documented his life living on the streets of the city. Adam tells the story of Az, how he went from being homeless to getting his life back on track and along the way helped BBC Upload to be a success across the country. Az chats to BBC reporter Sandra Green.
