Andi is in Bristol, putting on a party with a Caribbean flavour to launch a community cafe at a pioneering homeless project that turns shipping containers into temporary housing.

Andi is in Bristol to help Jasper Thompson, a local man whose pioneering homeless project transforms shipping containers into temporary accommodation. He wants to raise awareness about his new community cafe, so who better than Andi to help him put on an unforgettable launch party with a Caribbean flavour?

To entice locals to the event and kick off the cafe with a bang, Andi must put together a unique and delicious feast that draws on her and Jasper’s own roots in Antigua and Jamaica while also paying tribute to Bristol’s wider Caribbean heritage, using only the best local produce. The cafe itself needs a complete refurb, but can Jasper get it ready in time, and can Andi harness the Bristolians' unique creative spirit to make sure the event’s a roaring success?
