Spring gardening inspiration from David Maxwell and the experts, including a herb garden from seed, making honeysuckle stick and experimenting with carrots.

Halfway through a very wet Spring, David Maxwell is joined in studio by expert Ann Fitzsimmons to tackle questions from listeners.  From a rose which is ‘Looking for Love’ to a Honeysuckle that looks sick and won’t stick – the team provide answers to both new and experienced gardeners.  Also on the programme, Amy Kelly is growing a herb garden from seed including; Chervil, Parsley, Lovage and Chives and Klaus Laitenberger has advice on growing the tastiest tomatoes and in jobs for the week Ann reveals what she’s doing this year in a determined effort to succeed with growing carrots.
