Visiting friends across the Western Isles, they show him their favourite recipes. These are the items first to sell out at the bake sale or that are devoured immediately at a party. 

At home in Callanish, Gregor gives millionaire shortbread a makeover. He adds peanut butter to the biscuit base and whole nuts to the caramel layer.

In the mood for a party? Gregor has the perfect sharing dish. Olive-studded doughballs are baked around a wheel of camembert cheese and guests each tear-off a piece to dip into the molten cheese.
