The IDF's inquiry into the killings of seven aid workers in Gaza admits grave mistakes.

The Israeli military has sacked senior officers after admitting grave mistakes in its first report on Monday's deadly strike on a humanitarian convoy.  We hear from our Middle East bureau chief Jo Floto who attended a late night briefing by the Israeli military. We also speak to our correspondent in Washington about the US response.
