Combining the role of artist and interviewer, Heather Dewar creates colour portraits of well-known Gaels – while teasing out of them every little detail of their life story!  

In this programme, Heather meets and draws actor and comedian, Lana Beaton, from Skye who talks about the world of Gaelic comedy and modern love.
Heather takes some time away from the studio to visit the portrait: Lady Agnew of Lochnaw, by John Singer Sargent, in the National Gallery in Edinburgh.
