We explore the dangerous side effects of antidepressants. Last year, over 86 million prescriptions were written for antidepressants in the UK. Reporter Anton Ferrie meets with some of those who are affected by long-term use, including one young man whose sex life has been totally wiped out because of his addiction to antidepressants. 

Does what we eat affect acne and our skin? Consultant dermatologist Dr Ophelia Veraitch explains the causes of acne and what can be done to combat it.

How do you deal with stress? Over 70 per cent of us complain of suffering from stress at some time or another. Long-term stress can be a killer and leave many people feeling helpless. Dr Xand runs through different types of stress and provides some advice on how to deal with it.

Can virtual reality be used to treat stroke and brain injury patients? The MindPod immersive experience uses cameras and sensors to mimic the user’s hand movements, helping to improve concentration and stamina in patients.
