Samantha Morton presents two hours of her musical influences along with some of the newer artists she's discovered this year.

Samantha Morton is a double Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe and BAFTA winner, who has been acting since the early 90s in Hollywood, independent movies and TV. Her breakthrough role was in Lynne Ramsay’s Morvern Callar, and she went on to star in films such as Minority Report with Tom Cruise, Sweet and Lowdown, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, The Whale and She Said as well as in TV series such as Harlots, The Walking Dead and The Serpent Queen.

Alongside her acting work, Samantha is passionate about music and recently recorded an album, Daffodils and Dirt, with XL Recordings’ Richard Russell, which they will be taking on tour next year.

For her Festive Takeover, Sam will be playing a mix of her musical influences along with some of the newer artists she’s discovered in 2023.
