Taking a leap of faith, switching careers from beautician to ordained minister, the role of faith communities in fighting climate change at COP28, and the effects of TikTok Jesus.

After 20 years at the helm of a successful beauty salon, Reverend Kaye Gardiner made a genuine leap of faith by switching careers and becoming ordained. She shares her story from the salon to the Sacraments with Tony Kearney.
 
Ahead of the UN’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities, reporter Michael McEwen finds out about SPRED, an initiative which offers people with learning disabilities an opportunity to participate in the liturgical life of their parish.

A nationwide tour of the Queer East Festival comes to Edinburgh, presenting films that explore the complex terrain of being both gay and east Asian. Photographer and member of the LGBTQ+ community Tommy Ga-ken Wan, speaks about what it means to be a part of this intersection of society, and the importance of representation. 
 
And with St Andrew’s Day approaching, Ronnie Convery, communications director of the Archdiocese of Glasgow, explains why saints’ days are still relevant in 21st century multicultural Britain.
