Dougie is on the Coul Estate in the Highlands encountering Bluegrass cattle. He meets the farmer carrying on the breeding work started by his late father, crossing Highland cows with British Blue bulls. 

Rosie sets her sights on the community stalking project that is controlling deer numbers and giving local people access to wild venison. 

Cammy reveals the inside story of the dramatic rescue mission of Fiona, Britain’s loneliest sheep. With exclusive footage of the story that hit headlines worldwide, we follow Cammy carrying out the recovery operation. We see him shearing Fiona’s heavy fleece for the first time in two years and find out how she is settling into her new home in Dumfries. Cammy reflects on the whole experience and the media storm around the story.
