Head of UN urges Security Council to vote for immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.

The head of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, has urged members of the Security Council to vote for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, saying the territory is at breaking point.
