Christmas tree festival at St Columb’s Cathedral, Johnny Quigley remembered and historian Jim McBride.

Mark visits a special Christmas tree festival at St Columb’s Cathedral, where dozens of groups, causes and local businesses have decorated over 50 themed Christmas Trees. The fundraising event, launching this Friday, 17 November, at 7pm, will run until 16 December at St Columb’s Cathedral.

John Quigley chats with Mark about a tribute night to his late father, Derry’s showband legend Johnny Quigley. Historian and author Jim McBride remembers the Lough Swilly Railway ahead of the 70th anniversary of its closure, and chef Brian McDermott chats pastry and porkie pies.
