Cammy is in Ayrshire to visit a farm growing maize, and Arlene searches for a white stag.

Cammy is in Ayrshire to visit a dairy farmer growing maize to feed to his dairy cattle. Meanwhile, Arlene is in Buchan as she goes in search of the lost white stag of Mormond Hill.

In this episode, Cammy is in Ayrshire to find out how one crop could be a field of dreams for dairy farmers. He discovers why growing maize provides a nutritious, healthy feed for dairy cattle.

Dougie heads up a hill in the east side of the Cairngorms National Park, where he meet a team of scientists who are measuring the state of our peatlands as part of a pioneering project.

Arlene is in Buchan as she goes in search of the lost white stag of Mormond Hill, while Rosie is in Easter Ross to find out why farmers are being persuaded to plant more trees.

Shahbaz is in the fields of Fife, where he finds out about gleaning. He lends a hand with the potato harvest as local groups gather crops to give communities better access to fresh produce on their doorstep and cut down on food waste.
