What are the impacts in the current day of historic injustices and how can we help heal the pains of the past? Zara Janjua discusses this with Dr Christine Whyte, who is involved in the world's first master's degree in reparatory justice, from the University of Glasgow in partnership with the University of the West Indies.  
  
Are we no longer in tune with the rhythm of the seasons? Author Rosie Steer believes so, and says it can affect our wellbeing. Her new book Slow Seasons is a celebration of slower living, reflecting on the subtle changes in the natural world and finding balance with the seasons. 
  
As Big Brother returns, we explore the impact of reality TV on society. Has it fuelled a desire for fame? And what about the ethical limits of these shows? Zara chats to 2003 winner Cameron Stout and media professor John Cook from Glasgow Caledonian University. 
  
After a tumultuous week in Israel and Gaza, Zara discusses prospects for peace and reconciliation and the role of faith communities, with Dr Ed Kessler, Founder President of UK-based interfaith charity the Woolf Institute, and Jane Kinninmont, Policy & Impact Director of the European Leadership Network.  
  
Presenter and author Gemma Hunt talks about her new children's book, See! Let's Be Me, which re-imagines biblical stories in a more diverse and relatable way for children today. 
  
And a recent study shows that there has been a steep increase in children with speech problems. Zara finds out the long term impact this can have with Scotland’s head of The Royal College of Speech and Language therapists, Glenn Carter, and Arianna Patterson from the Speech and Language Communications Company, a charity supporting families dealing with speech issues.
