Israeli airstrikes intensified on Gaza in preparation for next phase of war against Hamas

The UN's humanitarian chief says ongoing negotiations could see aid allowed into Gaza for a second day. We speak to Gaza residents and aid agencies on the dire humanitarian situation there.
