Combining the role of artist and interviewer, Heather Dewar creates colour portraits of well-known Gaels while teasing out of them every little detail of their life story! 

Heather travels to Gairloch in Wester Ross where her ‘subject’ is former teacher Alice Mackenzie. Her voice is known to many in the area as the presenter of their weekly Gaelic programme on the local radio station.
