Janice chats to Norman Blake of Teenage Fanclub about their 11th full studio album Nothing Lasts Forever, and an upcoming tour. 
 
On Friday night, two debut writers took home the prizes at Stirling’s Bloody Scotland Book Festival. Callum McSorley was awarded the McIlvanney Prize for Squeaky Clean and Kate Foster won the Bloody Scotland Scottish Crime Debut of the Year with her novel The Maiden. 

The Lesson is a new thriller which stars Daryl McCormack and Richard E. Grant. Janice is joined by its director Alice Troughton. 
 
Ahead of Tidelines Book Festival, Michael J Malone shares why writing can help with our wellbeing and Eleanor Thom’s talks about her book Connective Tissue which looks at links to her Jewish grandmother, Dora.

A new Britpop gig theatre show Battery Park starts its national tour on Friday. Its creator Andy McGregor and actor Stuart Edgar are in the studio to discuss this story of a band’s rise and fall.
