Comedian Jo Caulfield discusses her book, The Funny Thing About Death, about the love between her and her sister Annie: Six years ago, Jo was about to go on stage when she found out that Annie had cancer. Not the best way to start a nationwide comedy tour, but what transpired was a cathartic journey for both sisters as they revisited their childhood and adolescence.  

And in our regular Tuesday Review slot we look at PainKiller, a drama starring Matthew Broderick about how the creation and marketing of a new prescription drug called OxyContin in the 1990s unleashed an epidemic of addiction in America; hen-weekend-from-hell-based sitcom Henpocalypse, and series 2 of Annika, a police drama starring Nicola Walker as the head of Glasgow’s fictional Marine Homicide Unit, with reviewers Jodie McCallum and Gayle Anderson.
