In 2013 Barcelona won the race to sign Brazilian wonderkid Neymar. He was widely tipped to be Brazil's greatest ever player and win multiple honours including the Ballon d'Or. However, since leaving Barcelona for PSG in 2017 Neymar has struggled. Brazil are still waiting for a World Cup, the Champions League continues to elude PSG and he is far from winning a Ballon d'Or.
