Gregor and his trusted bakers and cooks show us their recipes for something salty. He visits a serious foodie in Point, Lewis, who gives him a masterclass on how to make calzone filled with tasty Italian meats and cheese.

In Kyle of Lochalsh, Gregor samples crispy cheese biscuits served with a spicy apple and cranberry chutney. And Gregor demonstrates that salty doesn’t necessarily have to mean savoury with his own salted caramel chocolate puddings.
