Ashley and Janey try their hand at various jobs in a factory that produces everything from hand lotion to shower gel, and soap to candles. They are pushed on their ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks. From restocking the on-site shop, to making soap and filling bottles, everything must be uniform and be produced at speed, with very little room for error. Trying to keep their minds from wandering, and the mess to a minimum, Ashley and Janey are put through their paces by a boss who has no time for fooling around.

Janey is determined to win, but she can’t stop her creativity from taking over when she should be following a precise shop display. The question is, will it land her the ‘best employee’ trophy, or that one last job that nobody wants to do? Show less
