We've been following how it's working this year, as the government's requirement for a licence to allow it to happen on-site has meant it hasn't at some festival. It's a rule the government says is not new, but now a group of artists and politicians have signed a letter asking it to 'reconsider' that rule, so drug testing can happen on-site at UK festivals.
