It’s a food and drink themed edition of Countryside as the art of mead making returns to Convoy in County Donegal and a Kilkeel fourth generation butcher tells us his rich history at the harbour as he celebrates as Northern Ireland first. We’ll also find out how cows in Dorset are producing award winning vodka and Barbara Collins gets hot and bothered with some sizzling Wagyu burgers in Galway.
