Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

Today, they celebrate the 30th anniversary of Blur’s second album ‘Modern Life is Rubbish’, originally released on 10th May 1993. The album – which includes the singles ‘For Tomorrow’ and ‘Chemical World’ - marked a change in Blur’s image and sound from their 1991 debut ‘Leisure’, with inspiration coming from British bands like The Kinks and The Small Faces. Mark and Stuart discuss the album’s legacy and play some of their favourites from it. 

With a host of quality radio items including 'The Chain' - our world-famous list of over 8000 interconnected songs.  

There’s also the chance to take part in ‘Tea Time Theme Time’, guessing the link between three top tunes.
