Rachel meets with Duncan Orr-Ewing from RSPB Scotland, to talk about Muirburn, and find out whether they are in favour of the legislative bill that has been put forward for discussion at Holyrood. 

Ross Ewing, director of Moorland at Scottish Land and Estates, joins us on the phones to give another perspective to the debate. 

Last week Alzheimer's Scotland opened the UK’s very first Outdoor resource Centre for people living with dementia. Producer Phil went along to their base in Badaguish near Aviemore, to meet up with coordinator Kenny Wright. 

Mark visits the original Glenlivet distillery site, which is being excavated as part of the Pioneering Spirit project. He chats with National Trust for Scotland’s archaeologist Derek Alexander about the history of illicit production in the area. 

Maud Start goes out litter-picking with Colin Cornwall from Keep Porty Tidy, a scheme in Portobello that gets residents excited about keeping the beachside town spick and span. 

We chat with CEO of Keep Scotland Beautiful, Barry Fisher, to find out about the latest trends and data in the Litter Emergency, and find out what schemes are in place to stop the drop. 

In 1978, Charlie Ramsay set off to run 58 miles covering 24 summits including Ben Nevis in under 24 hours- this became the Ramsay Round. Rachel went to meet Charlie, to find out about the infamous route. 

Underwater sound recording is being used to monitor habitat change on the Beltie Burn in Aberdeenshire for the very first time. Helen Needham met with Susan Cooksley, Freshwater Ecologist at the James Hutton Institute to discuss the tech.
