Nigel Havers presides as members of the public with interesting items to sell come face to face with five dealers who bid against each other to try to bag themselves a bargain.

Before facing the dealers, each seller has their item valued by auctioneer Simon Bower. Simon also gives them top tips on the history and key characteristics of their piece, so that when they enter the bidding room, they have all the information they need to try to haggle the best possible price from the dealers.

All the dealers are spending their own money but have no idea what the sellers have brought in.

Nigel Havers hosts as dealers bid against each other on a mystery pot and medical item.

A group of dealers bid against each other for items brought in by the public, including a pedal car, an Edwardian card table, a quirky voice box and a mystery pot.

Nigel Havers welcomes four more sellers to the Bidding Room, where they try to sell items to five professional dealers who are on the lookout for interesting pieces, with help from expert Simon Bower. 
 
Up first is Annie with a beloved toy car. She thinks she will race off with a sale, but the dealers are split over the paintwork. So can she rev them up enough to do a deal?

Next to face the dealers is Jane with a transforming card table. It has history, style and functionality, but will the dealers get to her dream price?

Third in is Emma with a very mysterious copper pot. Can she drum up enough intrigue to secure a great sale?
 
The penultimate seller is Mac, with a model of a human voice box that he hopes will get the bidders talking. But when it comes to the bidding, will anyone put their money where their mouth is?

Wrapping up proceedings is David with a curious but charming pair of pig figurines, which he hopes to rehome with one of our dealers.
 
Today's dealers are Adi, JB, Moses, Melissa, Lucy, Estelle, Tash and Jo. So will any of them buy? And if they do, will any of them match – or even top – the valuation placed on each of the items?
